1. Cancellation Notice Period

Clients may cancel their scheduled consultation appointments without any penalties if they notify us at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled consultation time.

2. Late Cancellation Fees

If a cancellation is made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled consultation time, 30% of the total consultation fee will be non-refundable. This fee covers the time and resources allocated for the preparation of your consultation.

3. Notification Methods

To cancel a scheduled consultation, clients must notify Yaksh Fincorp through one of the following methods:

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request. Clients will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
